Founded in 1992, NINGBO GENGXIN PLASTIC & MOULDING CO., LTD. is a professional enterprise engaged in the design, manufacturing and plastic part molding of injection molds for household appliances as well as automotive interior and exterior parts. Covering a total area of over 17,000 square meters, the company boasts four modern standard workshops.

Senior engineering team

The company has a team of senior engineers who use advanced CAD/CAE/CAM technologies for mold flow analysis and structural optimization, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mold design from the source. Equipped with a full range of high-precision equipment imported from Germany and Japan, including 5-axis CNC machining centers, wire-cut EDM machines and mirror EDM machines, the company guarantees that the precision of mold components can reach ±0.001mm.
