Founded in 1992, NINGBO GENGXIN PLASTIC & MOULDING CO., LTD. is a professional enterprise engaged in the design, manufacturing and plastic part molding of injection molds for household appliances as well as automotive interior and exterior parts. Covering a total area of over 17,000 square meters, the company boasts four modern standard workshops.Located in the rapidly developing Yangtze River Delta, the company enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It is a 2-hour drive from Shanghai, an international metropolis, a 40-minute drive from Ningbo Lishe International Airport, and a 50-minute drive from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. The Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and high-speed railways run through the entire region.

he company has a team of senior engineers who use advanced CAD/CAE/CAM technologies for mold flow analysis and structural optimization, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mold design from the source. Equipped with a full range of high-precision equipment imported from Germany and Japan, including 5-axis CNC machining centers, wire-cut EDM machines and mirror EDM machines, the company guarantees that the precision of mold components can reach ±0.001mm. Implementing the ISO9001 quality management system, we set up multiple quality inspection nodes throughout the entire process, from steel material selection to final mold testing. Backed by precision testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, we provide full protection for product quality. We offer full-process support from concept to finished products. Relying on leading R&D capabilities and a full-process precision manufacturing system, we upgrade the precision standard from the millimeter level to the micrometer level.
